i don't normally look at any of the baylor facebook photos. i went through their recent welcome week album yesterday and came across this funny little conversation... and the poor freshman caught in the middle...

keilani, the daughter of a friend of mine, is in my sunday school class. she is 4 years old and quite a character, a bright and energetic little girl

a couple of weeks ago, she came to sunday school with a box full of "special muffins" made especially for her friends and teachers.  she "invented" the recipe and made them for us "all by herself"

it was a proud little girl that handed me my muffin! and how tall she stood as she explained her recipe

mum time

my lovely mum came for a visit just in time for my birthday! while we have some pics of that (and the RSA game we went to), i'm sorry to say that we didn't take many photos together.

a few weeks ago, we had some family photos taken... check out the first couple on our photographer's website! 

melissa, our photographer, is the sister-in-law of one of my close friends.  she was in town on vacation and offered a little photo sesh. we'd been looking for a good photographer for a couple of months and so we jumped at the chance to use her! we had so much fun with her and i can't wait to see the rest!
